AC-VANE software can run measuring program designed as user requirements on CNC CMM and processes different kinds of measuring point selection, and saves the measuring date to files and automic to has various evaluation process, gives measuring reports and relevant graph after measuring finished. It also can output measuring point coordinate files and input them into other 3D software to further process or analysis.

It made measuring program easy to process without benchmark alignment of vane, vane back,vane basin data automic divide and integration. To measure section ruled at vane back and vane basin in best procedure, to select evaluation benchmark of middle line contour, vane basin contour line, vane back contour line,etc as well as divide vane shape error, position error and other. It improves vane measuring efficiency largely and provides effective technic guide to vane manufacture procedure.
