The wheel hub is the important part to connect the brake drum (brake disc), wheel and axle. We use the following features to measure the performance of the wheel hub: uniform density, shape round, small thermal deformation, strength, strong interchangeability. There are some important features during the wheel hub inspection: pitch, position, thickness and so on. Wheel hub inspection is very important for the car safety, speed, and comfort performance.

（2)  AEH MEASURING SOLUTION

The items of the wheel hub geometry inspection are more than thirty items. We recommend vertical measuring solution by clamping once to complete all projects inspection. Combine with the CAD module to achieve the offline program, simulation run and d/a comparing. Especially applying the ball top height inspection item to the simulation datum ball to reduced the error transfer link, save the test cost and improve the measuring accuracy. Our wheel hub measuring solutions have applied to wheel inspection of BMW, BENZ, DAS AUTO and GM cars.
