AC - GEAR

The software of AC - GEAR measuring center developed by Deyi Measuring Software co., LTD, is mainly used for measurement and evaluation of gear, cutter and some solid of revolution with good human-computer interaction interface. Users only need to input the basic parameter of work piece so that the measurement and calculation can be done automatically by the software control measuring machine. It has the feature of simple use, high efficiency, at the same time, various evaluation standards can be made according to customer’s requirement, including some specific tooth profile, helix, K-shape chart and convex amount.
 
Technical Characteristics:
1.More parameters measuring with wide application. Be able to measure the profile error, helix error, pitch error and radial runout error, as well as hobbing cutter, pinion cutter, shaving cutter, spiral bevel gear, etc.
2.Store and call function for gear measuring parameter and data files.
3.Cylindrical gear measuring results can be automatically evaluated according to a variety of standard ISO1328, GB10095 and DIN.
4.Multiple evaluation methods for tooth profile and helix: line, convex amount, K-shape charts.
5.Automatic measuring with fast speed. After clamping, all tests can be finished automatically.
6.Easy to learn and operate.
7.Axial work piece size and shape tolerance measuring.
