AC-THREAD
AC-THREAD software is mainly use to optical coordinate measuring machine for various thread measurement (include thread gauge, tap, etc). The measurable parameter are pitch, half-angle of thread, pitch diameter, large diameter, small diameter and pitch accumulate error of screw.
When measuring the operator can do operation according ruled measuring items, measuring or evaluation method. Software can automatic calculates each parameter’s measuring outcoming after point selection finished.
AC-THREAD supports image and axes tangent methods two measuring mode. In order to improve measuring accuracy it also can revise measuring conclusion which negative effected by clamping error of screw, measuring knife’s cut line distance error and helix angle.
When condition allowed(such as pitch is enough large), the user can do points selection in contact measuring method on CNC measuring machine.
