Central control technology
The central control unit is connected to each subunit through communication methods such as TCP/IP and I/O. The central control unit manages the CNC machine tool, intelligent measurement center, industrial robots, and industrial AGV rail system in a unified manner, it coordinates and ensures the operation of each subunit. The central control unit can easily achieve the increase or decrease of control subunits, rhythm adjustment, etc. through programming technology. The central control unit can maintain a unified coordinate system for parts during processing, measurement, and transportation through EMRP management software, while monitoring tool wear through quality analysis software and providing real-time feedback to the processing unit.
Sensor technology
The system can integrate visual sensors, laser sensors, probe sensors, etc. to achieve workpiece recognition, processing, measurement program call, transport and sorting, safety protection, and other functions.
CNC technology
We have precision guide rail technology such as precision air bearing guide rail, linear guide rail, and precision shaft system, when combining with transmission methods such as linear motor, direct drive motor, ball screw, gear and rack, and in conjunction with mature CNC technology, we can provide multi axis linkage full closed-loop servo control units with different combinations such as single axis and multi axis, linear axis and rotary axis. We can offer customized and specialized intelligent processing and measurement solutions for user.
EMRP management software
EMRP focuses on quality and achieves intelligent quality control in the intelligent production process by collecting and analyzing data related to the entire process of product research and development, manufacturing, sales, and customer, as well as real-time management and process control of quality related nodes design and development, processing and manufacturing, measurement and testing, and related personnel.
