Atlas Plus series CMM is a large size “symmetrical overhead type” high precision, multi-purpose geometry measuring machine, in a symmetrical moving gantry structure. The guide rails are all made of high-quality granite materials. It has the characteristics of high accuracy and stability, and is relatively less affected by the external environment. It is mainly used to measure the GD&T error of large and medium-sized mechanical parts, and is suitable for using in workshop and measuring room. It can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, weapon manufacturing, automobile, engine, machine tool, tooling and other industries requiring complex space geometric measurement.

1) The symmetrical overhead structure, dual driver and dual reading heads reduce Y-direction deflection and ensure the machine stability;
2) The structure of 4 axes of machine is patented, stable transmission, low noise and high precision;
3) The Z-axis balance cylinder is a rod type balance cylinder, which is safer and more reliable than a rope type cylinder;
4) The columns are made of granite material, low thermal expansion coefficient and high specific heat. In the room which has high temperature and large temperature gradients, The columns have better thermal stability than cast iron and enhancing the stability and stiffness of the CMM;
5) Easy maintenance and installation with the grating scale in slot structure.
